Over 20 years ago, my husband and I bought our home on Smokehouse Bay and are full-time residents.

Not only is Marco Island our home it’s a community we’ve grown to love, and the best way for us to give back is in service to our community.

An MBA in finance from the University of Chicago makes me a hawk on cost efficiency and effectiveness.

Data-driven decisions and operations management are my strong suits rooted in a BS in engineering from Georgia Tech.

Forty years in the pharmaceutical industry has taught me the importance of listening and understanding a patient’s quality-of-life needs.

In the last 20 years of my career, I rose to the executive suite specializing in corporate realignment and international mergers & acquisitions. Additionally, I managed global supply chain strategies.

My energy is now focused on helping our residents take Marco from great to AWESOME!

In 2020, I was appointed by Governor DeSantis to serve on the board of Big Cypress Basin.

The BCB is responsible for managing the water table, and OUR water supply across Collier County.

The BCB also manages the county’s flood control strategy with over 140-miles of canals and operating control structures.

Additionally, our mission is to collaborate and partner with key Public-Private & Academic organizations by providing modeling, designing sustainable solutions to meet the region’s water quality, ecosystem / habitats restoration, and increased groundwater / aquifer recharge.

In 2021 I was appointed to the Marco Island Planning Board by our City Council. During that time I’ve gotten a more detailed view of the inner workings of our city government and how decisions are made.

This experience has helped me become the most effective candidate so I can bring the change we want and find meaningful.

Typically, we have resident’s input given to us, as we consider development projects or variances to projects.

I appreciate resident's taking their time to give us their point-of-view and contribute to the process. On occasion, I hear opinions I would not have thought of.

It is a resident right to have their voice heard ….
